everything. hotel was very dirty and also the room.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel seem to have a great potential but unfortunately appeared badly neglected. Many of the facilities were in working condition but only just. No hot water on the first night, taps were loose, but working. The table light switches were temperamental.

The staff. The size. The potential.

The hotwater was not working so I could not take a shower and thought I should be compensated for that, they did offer a room to take a shower but we did not have time for that

The location was good and was close to where I needed to go.

The neighborhood was bad. A crackhead came up to me on the parking lot wanting me to give him money. The area of town was not as good as I thought it would be.

The staff is really wonderful and perfect for me to take care of my business then relax. They location is great. Will stay again.

`This place was not like the pictures that I looked at , they were about 20 years off. Every thing was old out dated, pool was closed the whole place smelled of rotten feet there was cockroches in my room the bed sleeped ok that is about the only good thing I can say about the place I will never stay there ever again. The so called breakfast was a joke no real breakfast just cerial that was expired the room was freezing cold so that the batter frozen in container, a -1 on scale of 1 to 10.

I liked the price, the pool, but when we got there the pool was closed. The internet made it sound like a better hotel then what it was when we got there. I was very excited about everything I was getting for the getting a money. The internet said I was

I thought I was getting two queen beds, and a pull out couch, but instead it was two full size beds. No couch, the shower was so dirty on bottom we could not let my kids take a bath. The toilet didnt flush we had someone fix it but still same problem.

Close to major highway, good access, reasonable price as all I needed was a bed. They offered breakfast, but I couldn't take part.

Older facility, slight security concern

Your hotel was a most pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was one of the cleanest I have been in. My hats off to your staff.

I had to slam the room's door to close it; causing me to be concerned about disturbing nieghbors.

the indoor heated pool doesnt work, the sauna doesnt work, a whirlpool is advertised but there isnt one, a blue plate breakfast is advertised but they only serve coffee, the restraunt inside is shutdown, both the pool tables are missing pool balls, the door to the room barely shut and had to be slammed, the tvs are small and old, and the staff is unbelievably rude. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

The staff are all excellent here, the rooms are nice and well cleaned, the hot water in the shower needs a boost though. Ice machine is in the lobby only, states otherwise but they are no longer there. Breakfast has been discontinued, the pool has closed for the season even though it is inside, but the area inside is not heated and cold. So the inside rooms are on the inside but the area outside your door even though inside is cold. However for cost and easy access this hotel is great. It's quiet and feels safe!!
